Response time:  Not only responding quickly to emergencies but Escom service personnel respond quickly to non-emergencies as well.   We maintain a "no carry-over" work order policy.  That is, when possible, we complete all work orders the same day they come in.
This assures that calls regarding lights out, heating & cooling, etc. are handled expediently.

Diversity:  We hire technicians that are well-versed in all phases of building maintenance.  From complicated HVAC control systems and trouble shooting rooftop units, to plunging toilets and changing light bulbs.  We can repair most anything that comes our way.

Dependability:  Our building engineers take pride in their jobs and the work they perform.  If one of our engineers is away for any reason, we've got someone else to keep your facility covered.
