Escom Properties, Inc. has been the property manager for Kalmbach Publishing Company since approximately 1986.  During this time, we have doubled in size, both in square footage and employees.  We have been through planned construction projects, preventive maintenance, minor emergencies and special projects, with which we have required a helping hand.  One thing has remained constant:  Escom has been there to help.

Their performance is always impeccable, I don’t have to bother checking whether the job was done correctly; I just know it always is.  In addition to the good workmanship, they are always, without exception, polite, cheerful and easy to get along with.  They are properly reactive when necessary, but also proactive, suggesting when building parts may need to be replaced.  They have assisted me with budget items and helped in obtaining quotes from reliable vendors.
