Pre-Construction Plan Review – Our staff can help you develop plans and specifications for your building so your building can better meet your needs and use of space is maximized.
Building Systems Commissioning – We prefer to start the commissioning process at the onset of any project.
- Examine all products delivered to the site to be certain they meet specifications
- Perform inspections as the building systems are being installed
- Test systems as they are completed
- Final test and adjustment of all systems
- Full report of results.
Post Construction Punch Lists – One of our professionals will assist the owner with preparation of a final punch list on the project. We will also assist on the follow-through to get punch list items corrected.
Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning – Comfort is a high priority. All of our engineers are trained in the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment. We can maximize comfort and yet operate systems economically.
